Conference and Banquet Facilities at The Leela Palace are par excellence and feature the finest in audiovisual equipment and facilities. Situated on one single floor the halls can seat 20 to 500 persons.


The Grand Ballroom, one of the largest pillar-free rooms in the city, accommodating upto 500 guests for a conference.


The Royal Ballroom is exquisitely designed for upto 160 guests for a conference or 400 guests for reception.


One Boardroom and seven meeting rooms are designed for meetings of 20 to 80 persons.


Turret Board room is a spacious meeting room with a fine pre set table having a seating capacity of 24 people with comfortable leather arm chairs.


Kamal is an adjoining room to the Royal Ballroom. It offers meeting facilities for number upto 35-40 people. Has a tasteful décor with an exquisite centre chandelier adding sophistication to the room.


Sitara is an adjoining room to the Grand Ballroom that shares the same features as the Kamal room.


Diya is a large room of approximately 900 sqft where the guest can avail the seating type according to their requirement. This room is most appropriate for evening cocktail dinner with a personal spacious balcony attached to it, allowing one a view of the sparkling swimming pool.


Surya is a rectangular room appropriate for private meetings for 10-15 people. Has the advantage of having day light through the set of three glass doors. Just like Diya, it also enjoys the facility of a private terrace facing the poolside.


Maya is a small meeting room of about 285 square feet of size, adjoining the Surya room. Is quite a compact room with the provision of sharing a common terrace with Surya room over looking the azure pool.


Nidhi and Yatra are two rooms with facilities of similar sorts which attend to various seating types as required pertaining to events. More appropriate for business meetings with presentations.
